By using the Site, you agree to accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the site. This site may occasionally use a feature of your browser called a “cookie” to assign a “user I.D.” Cookies cannot be used to find out the identity of any user browsing our site. The “cookie” does not store any Personal Information, its main purpose is to help us maintain your shopping experience.

In general, you can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any Personal Information about yourself. However, in order to access certain information, services or features that may be contained on the Site, we may require you to provide Personal Information. For example, we will collect certain Personal Information if you choose to subscribe to a mailing list, participate in a giveaway or promotion, fill out surveys, send questions or comments, or when making a purchase from AeS. For requests regarding purchase information we may also collect order-specific information.

All Personal Information you provide us will remain within AeS and will never be sold to any third party! As AeS develops, we may buy other businesses or their assets or sell our business assets. Customer information is an asset that may be acquired in such transactions. We also reserve the right to disclose any visitor information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, other visitors or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. We also reserve the right to disclose visitor information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

Wherever your Personal Information may be held within AeS, we intend to take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the Personal Information you share with us from unauthorized access or disclosure. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your Personal Information and privacy, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online and cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction or inadvertent disclosure of your Personal Information.

Children’s Privacy
This Site and all other Sites owned by AeS are not designed for the use of children. We will not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us with any Personal Information. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 we will make every effort on our part to delete the information from our database.
Governing Law
This Privacy Policy will be subject to the laws of the state of Oregon within the United States of America. AeS makes no representation that this Privacy Policy complies with laws from any other country. Visitors who use the Site and reside outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

Shipping & Processing Policy
We understand shipping is an important process in online ordering of products. So please read through and understand our policy regarding the shipping of our merchandise.
We will only ship within the United States of America, and to a verified Billing and Mailing Address. If we feel the order is fraudulent we will attempt to call and verify with you and your banking institution, we also hold the right to cancel the order at which time we will send you an email describing our actions.
Processing Your Order
AeS will attempt to process your order on the same weekday (monday - friday) it was made. AeS will not process or ship out products on the weekends (saturday and sunday). On occasion processing may take longer on larger purchases or when we need to re-verify billing information. Once we process your order we will ship it out to you, on average most products are processed and shipped the same day the order is placed unless its placed late in the afternoon.
Where We Ship From
Our products come from several warehouses within the United States, so when ordering you may receive merchandise in multiple boxes.
Inspecting Your Purchase
Please inspect the boxes for possible injury to them in the event the product was damaged or tampered with. Please inspect all merchandise when received for damage. In the event that something was damaged due to shipping please Contact Us with all the order information and we will set you up with an RMA number, and get you your replacement as soon as possible.
If merchandise is damaged due to shipping we will pay for all charges to get you your replacement!
Shipping Methods and Postponing Delivery
Depending on the product(s) you the customer purchase, different shipping methods may be available. We will ship using certain carriers for certain products to assure safer and quicker delivery of your products. Depending on the weather or other conditions AeS has the right to choose not to ship certain products at certain times. Weather can be drastically different in certain parts of the country and to assure safe delivery on both our part and your product we may postpone delivery but rest assured we will be emailing or calling you so that you will stay informed. In the event this occurs you will have the right to cancel your order with absolutely no cancellation fees.
Shipping from Specific e-Shops
Since AeS is made up of many unique e-Shops, different delivery methods will be used. Please visit the unique e-Shop you plan to purchase from for more detailed information on the shipping method that will be used.
Shipping Charges
AeS regularly ships Ground so that costs for shipping on your part are less, and most of the time we will give you Free Shipping. On occasion larger or odd sized products will require a shipping charge. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, when allowed, there may be an additional shipping charge.

Returns Policy
AeS always attempts to bring you the highest quality merchandise, even so we understand that sometimes it's just not the right product. Because AeS is made of many unique e-Shops we would ask you to visit the specific e-Shop that you're thinking of making a purchase from to get the most detailed information on its return policy.
Damaged Product From Shipping
Even when we take all necessary steps to deliver your product to you in "perfect" working order, sometimes products can get damaged from shipping. If this occurs please Contact Us and let us know within 7 days of making the purchase. Otherwise we must assume the product came to you and is in working order with no defects.
To have the item replaced Contact Us with all your order information, and we will get you an RMA and instructions on getting your product replaced with NO additional charges to you.
Return For an Unwanted Product
If you receive a product that you decide you do not want for whatever reason, Contact Us with all your order information and we will issue you an RMA and instructions on having it returned to us. In the event this occurs we hold the right to charge you for all shipping expenses to send the product back to us and up to a 20% restocking fee. Although often we try to work with you so that you will not be charged anything.
Return for a Specific e-Shop
AeS is made up of many unique e-Shops for the most detailed information on the return policy for that specific e-Shop just visit its Site.

Warranty Information
AeS is proud to supply a variety of well known Brand Name products. Most all our products come with a manufacturers warranty. Depending on the specific Manufacturer their warranty period may be different than others from our e-Shops.
Warranty Time
AeS will make sure that your product is in good working order when it arrives to you, if not we will replace it free of charge. We will work with the manufacturer of your product for as long as their warranty remains on your product. If something happens to your product and it is still under its warranty period we will try to either send out replacement parts, or have you ship out the product to AeS, so that we can repair it for you. If the product can not be fixed we may choose to send you a new product, if the product was discontinued we will work with you to either replace it with something of similar value or give you a Gift Card that can be used in any one of our many e-Shops.
Warranty per e-Shop
Each specific e-Shop has merchandise that may have different warranties available, so we would ask that you visit the specific e-Shop you plan to purchase from for more detailed information.
